If you have a complaint, please report this to our customer service by filling in the complaint form. This of course only concerns goods that you have purchased in the Frenchise online shop.

Guidelines for complaints:
The following reasons are accepted:

  • Knitted / woven errors
  • Seam errors
  • Torn fabric (holes and seams)

Unfortunately we cannot accept the following complaints:

  • Shrunken goods
  • Discolored goods due to non-compliance with the washing instructions
  • Stains
  • Damage due to non-compliance with ironing instructions and such.
